Since September 2021, I've been working with Intel's Data Collection & Analysis (DCA) team on building tools in and analyzing data from the System Usage Reporting (SUR) SDK. SUR is operating on over 8 million devices with Intel CPUs worldwide, providing telemetry information that can be used for a variety of purposes. Our team was focused on improving the user experience for those with lower-end hardware by preloading applications the user is likely to open, thus reducing the wait time when an application is launched.
